Privacy Policy
Last Updated: 2026-10-18
1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly to us, such as when you create an account, subscribe, or contact us. This may include your name, email address, and payment information.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve our services, process transactions, and communicate with you.
3. Data Security
We implement reasonable security measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
4. Third-Party Services
We may use third-party services (such as Stripe for payments and Google Firebase for hosting) that collect, monitor, and analyze this type of information.
We use Google Analytics to understand which pages and courses are used, so we can improve them. It records pages visited, actions such as enrolling in a course, your approximate location, device and browser, and how you arrived (for example, from a link in a post). When you are signed in, it is linked to an anonymous account ID, never your name or email. When you create an account, we also save how you first found us (such as the campaign tag on the link you followed, or the site that referred you) and the page you signed up from with your account, so we can tell which channels bring people who find Ace useful. We do not use it for advertising. Where consent is required, analytics cookies are set only if you accept them. You can change your choice at any time with "Cookie settings" at the bottom of the page.
4a. Results of Your Posts
If you choose to, you can bring the results of the posts you publish through Ace into your account, so Ace can show you what worked and plan your next content around it. You can do this by connecting a Buffer API key, by importing a CSV file exported from a social network, or by sending results to your own results webhook (for example, from Zapier, Make or n8n).
We store only post-level figures, such as reactions, comments, shares, impressions, reach, views and link clicks, together with the post they belong to. We don't collect information about the people who saw or interacted with your posts. A Buffer API key is stored encrypted and used only to read your own posts' results once a day, or when you ask.
These results are used only within your own account: to show them to you, and as context when Ace plans and writes your content. They are not shared with other users and are not combined with other users' results. If we ever offer comparisons across accounts, that will be a separate choice you opt in to. You can disconnect your Buffer key at any time, and delete every stored result from Integrations.
5. Changes to This Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
