Sound familiar?
The problem
Once AI gets involved, every client sounds the same.
A brand profile per client
Each client gets its own voice, audience, pillars, words to avoid, and knowledge. Pick the client in any chat, campaign, planned week, or workflow.
The problem
Every new client shouldn't raise my software bill.
No fee per client
Add a brand profile for every client you take on. There's no charge per brand: every client draws on the same credit balance, and every tool is on every plan.
The problem
Nothing should reach a client's audience unreviewed.
One queue, every decision recorded
Drafts from every client wait in your Approval Queue. Approve, edit, rewrite, or discard; each decision is recorded, and unattended workflows can't publish without an approval step.
The problem
I'm juggling channels for every client.
Every client's channels, one connection
Connect Buffer once and every channel in it becomes a publish target. Webhooks deliver posts to a client's CMS, WordPress, or automations.
The problem
Production time eats the margin.
Weeks planned and written at batch rates
Plan a week for each client brand in one click, and let Economy write it at the providers' batch rate.
How Ace fits your week
Results by client
Bring results back from Buffer, a CSV, or a webhook, and filter the Results page by brand.
Workflows per client
Build a workflow once and run it with each client's brand profile, on a schedule or from a webhook.
A brand profile from a URL
The Website → Brand profile workflow drafts a new client's profile and knowledge from their site, for you to review.
Gemini, Claude, and GPT
The right model for each client and task, all on every plan.
Not here yet: client logins and team seats. Today, Ace runs in your account, and you share drafts with clients the way you do now.
What goes in each client's brand profile
Client voices blur when context is shared and descriptions are thin. Write each profile specifically enough that two clients can't be mistaken for each other, and keep each client's knowledge with that client.
- Audience
- Who the client is talking to, and what that person already knows.
- Pitch
- What the client does, in one or two sentences.
- Voice
- A few concrete traits with examples. "Practical, warm, tested in real gardens" says more than "friendly".
- Content pillars
- The three to five topics the client posts about.
- Words to avoid
- The phrases that would sound wrong from this client. This list does more for voice than almost anything else.
- Knowledge
- Their best past posts, offers, product details, and FAQs, so drafts quote the client's own material and never another client's.
Once a week, read three recent posts for each client side by side. If you could swap the logos without anyone noticing, tighten that client's voice and words to avoid.
Fewer tokens, measured on every call
Every call is compressed before it's sent, and the saving is measured by the provider, not estimated. Economy writes at half the providers' standard price.

How do I keep clients separate?
Give each client its own brand profile, with its own voice, audience, pillars, and words to avoid, and its own knowledge. Each campaign and planned week uses its client's profile, and the Results page filters by brand.
Can my clients log in to approve posts?
Not yet. Today the Approval Queue lives in your account: you review every draft before it goes out, and each decision is recorded. Share drafts with clients the way you do now.
How does publishing work across clients?
Connect your Buffer account once and every channel in it becomes a publish target, so each client's channels are there to choose. You can also send posts to a client's CMS or tools by webhook.
Which plan fits an agency?
Every plan unlocks every tool; plans differ only in credits. There's no fee per client brand: every client draws on one credit balance. Agency is $99 a month for 12,000 credits, and credit packs top you up whenever a month runs hot.
