The Ace Marketing Agent

A week of marketing, planned and written. Published when you say so.

Every week, Ace plans the next one across your social channels, writes every post, and lines them up in your Approval Queue. You approve, edit, or send them back. Results come back, and the next plan reads them.

The week

One cycle, start to finish

The times are the weekly cycle's defaults; change any of them.

  1. Thursday, 9:00

    Ace plans next week

The Weekly marketing cycle reads your brand profile, your knowledge base, your recent hooks, and any focus you set. It plans every slot: network, day, time, content pillar, angle, and hook style. Slots that don't fit your channels or your week are dropped in code, not left to chance.

  2. Usually within the hour

    Ace writes every post

Each post is written to its slot. The weekly cycle uses Economy, the providers' batch rate: usually within an hour, never more than 24. Planning by hand in Social Media Studio? Choose Now and the week is written in about a minute.

  3. When you're ready

    You approve

Every post lands in your Approval Queue with its time already set, and an alert takes you there. Approve, edit, rewrite with a note, or discard.

  4. At each slot

    It goes out on time

Approved posts publish at their slot through Buffer, LinkedIn or Tumblr directly, or your own webhooks. Links get UTM tags so your analytics can tell which post sent the visit; you can turn tagging off for any brand.

  5. As results arrive

    Results come back

Connect a Buffer analytics key for a daily sync, upload a CSV from any network, or send results by webhook. A metric a source didn't report stays blank, never a made-up zero.

  6. Monday

    What's working

A weekly digest compares your posts like for like, with sample sizes, and the Growth Engineer persona explains the figures without guessing at causes. Insights group results by pillar, hook style, format, network, day, and time, and next week's plan reads them.

You stay in charge

An agent that works for an editor-in-chief

Approval before anything ships

Scheduled and webhook-triggered workflows can't publish without an approval step. That's enforced when a workflow is saved, not just recommended.

Your profile changes only when you say so

Ace can propose changes to your voice, pillars, keywords, or words to avoid, each tied to a named result. Nothing changes until you accept it.

Numbers you can check

Figures are computed in code, not by the model. A pattern needs at least five posts behind it; anything thinner is marked too early to tell.

Weak posts get a second draft

Ask Ace to rewrite the week's weakest posts using your best hooks. The rewrites arrive as new drafts in your queue; the originals stay as they were.

Know the cost first

You see an estimate before a week is planned, and you're charged for what the model actually writes.

Change anything

The weekly cycle is an ordinary workflow: edit when it runs, which channels it plans for, and how it writes.

Your part

Review a week in twenty minutes

Batch it: one sitting a week, the same checklist for every post. A draft that's close is faster to fix with a rewrite note, like “Lead with the cost, keep it under 600 characters”, than by hand.

  1. Is every fact true?

Prices, dates, names, features, and numbers. If you can't confirm it in ten seconds, cut it.

  2. Does it sound like you?

Read the first line out loud. Would you say it that way?

  3. Can you stand behind the claim?

Watch for promises about results, and for words your brand avoids.

  4. Is it right for the channel?

Length, tone, and hashtags differ between LinkedIn, X, and Threads.

  5. Is the timing still right?

Check the slot against what's happening that week.

  6. Do the links go where you expect?

Open each one before it goes out.

Fewer tokens, measured on every call

Every call is compressed before it's sent, and the saving is measured by the provider, not estimated. Economy writes at half the providers' standard price.

How it works

Where it posts today

Plan my week writes text posts for LinkedIn, X, Facebook, Threads, Bluesky, Mastodon, and Tumblr. Networks you haven't connected yet are still planned and written, and wait as drafts until you connect them. Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest need an image or video, so they aren't planned automatically yet; you can still post to them from Social Media Studio.

Questions, answered

Will Ace post without me?

No. Every post in a planned week waits in your Approval Queue with its time already set, and you get an alert that links to it. A scheduled or webhook-triggered workflow can't publish without an approval step in front of it.

How long does a week take to write?

The weekly cycle writes in Economy, at the providers' batch rate: usually within an hour, never more than 24. When you plan a week by hand in Social Media Studio you can choose Now instead, which takes about a minute.

What does a week cost?

It depends on how many posts you plan and which model writes them. You see an estimate before Ace plans, you're charged for what the model actually writes, and Economy usually costs less. The calculator on the pricing page shows the estimate for your channels, posts, and model. Every new account starts with 50 credits.

Which channels does it plan for?

Text posts for LinkedIn, X, Facebook, Threads, Bluesky, Mastodon, and Tumblr. Networks you haven't connected yet are still planned and written, and wait as drafts until you connect them. Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest need an image or video, so they aren't planned automatically yet; you can still post to them from Social Media Studio.

Do I need Buffer?

No. You can connect LinkedIn and Tumblr directly, or send posts to Zapier, Make, n8n, or your own server by webhook. Buffer adds its eleven networks with one connection, and a Buffer analytics key brings your results back every day.

Does next week use this week's results?

Yes. As results arrive, Ace groups them by pillar, hook style, format, network, day, and time, and next week's plan reads those insights. A pattern needs at least five posts behind it; anything thinner is marked too early to tell, so early weeks lean on your brand profile.

Can I change when it runs?

Yes. The weekly cycle is a workflow you can edit: the day and time it runs, the channels it plans for, and whether it writes in Economy or right away.
